RFQ Details

I am searching for various suppliers of sand castings, forgings, cold drawn seamless steel tubes, rubber to metal parts, fasteners and stamping parts for our chinese plants.
At the beginning, the parts will be used for our chinese plants, later also for our plants all over the world.

Minimum requirements:
Your company should have a certificate according to ISO 9000 or ISO TS 16949.

For Tubes: Cold drawn seamless, according DIN 10305, annealing without oxigene, endless marking, suitable test equipment.

For Forging: Controlled forging process, crack detection.

For Casting: Controlled casting process, X-Ray or other suitable test equipment.

For Rubber to Metal: Controlled vulkanizing process, suitable test equipment.
